Dishes are prepared by New York's top chefs including:
• David Burke of David Burke Donatella and Creative Edge Parties
• Michael Romano of Union Square Café
• Tom Colicchio of Craft
• Alfred Portale of Gotham Bar
• Waldy Malouf of Beacon
• Dave Lieberman of TV Food Network
• Sheila Lukins, Scott Linquist from Dos Caminos
• Jeffrey Harter from Allison's in Bridgehampton
Other noted guests include Top Chef's Katie Lee (Mrs. Billy) Joel, Gene Pressman, Roberta Morrell and New York Magazine food critic Gael Greene
